Payments accepted are as follows; cash, check, credit card, Venmo and Zelle.

Payment for services rendered are due on the Friday after services are complete. Clients who opt to pay via credit card, Venmo or Zelle will be sent an invoice or payment request in their preferred payment platform on the Friday after services are completed.

Recurring and one-time services are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please allow a 30-minute time window for arrival for walks and drop-ins unless previously arranged.

The time allotment for drop ins and walks begins as I exit my vehicle and ends when I enter my vehicle at the end of the visit. If you have an apartment, limited parking spaces, or a lengthy entry system, it is advised you book a longer time slot to allow for extra time with your pets. 

Cat and Critter drop-ins must be booked daily during the duration of your time away from home. This is to ensure the health and safety of your cat during your time away.

Due to liability issues and insurance coverage, I ask that you please notify me if you plan to have additional caretakers come to your home. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to sign a liability release form.

Protecting your personal information is always my top priority. I will never share your personal information with others. All personal information is stored in a secure manner. If you have opted to allow for images of your pet to be shared on my social media, your location or details about you will never be shared. You are able to opt out of social media sharing at any time.

Puppies under one year old must be actively enrolled in puppy training classes with a certified trainer. New puppies will be accepted if they are on a wait-list. This policy is designed to spread awareness of the importance of training (for both dogs' well being and humans') and good canine citizenship. It takes a village! 

While I am not a trainer, I am more than happy to work with your puppy on his/her skills in whichever unit(s) you are working on at the time of service.

If you opt to give me a set of your house keys for home entry, your keys will be labeled with your pet(s) name only. Your keys will never be stored with any additional personal information. Your set of keys will be on my person during the duration of care and then are moved to secure storage between care.
