Cancellations/reschedules are accepted same-day up to two hours before service for a full refund. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment window, a $10 fee will be charged.

An extra $5 per visit on holidays and holiday weekends will be applied to your total

While we’ll do everything in our power to protect your pets and home, Longfellow Pet and Home Care LLC is fully insured and bonded through PetCare Business Insurance. Proof of insurance is available during consultations. 

Longfellow Pet Care serves Longfellow, Cooper, Howe, Hiawatha, Corcoran, Standish, and Ericsson neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Please refer to the Service Area section of the home page for a map of these areas.

Cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment. Payment options will be arranged at the initial meet and greet.
